Once she knows she’s safe—and knows who she is—she’s ready to build a future.
At the Geaux Foundation, our final mission is to launch her—equipping every girl with practical skills that allow her to support herself, serve others, and step confidently into a life of independence and impact.
Even after being rescued and discipled, many girls still face a familiar threat: the pull of poverty back home.
Without skills or opportunities, they remain vulnerable—to early marriage, unsafe work, or dependency.
We don’t believe in sending girls back into that trap.
We believe in launching them forward.
Every girl who enters our school is enrolled in a hands-on vocational training program. Alongside her academic and spiritual growth, she learns marketable skills that can immediately generate income and provide long-term stability.
“Now I have something in my hands. I can help my family. I can build a business. I feel proud of myself.”
— Geaux Graduate
“I used to feel forgotten. Now I know God sees me, and that has changed everything.”
— Geaux Student
Our training includes:
Sewing and tailoring — from basic stitching to pattern design
Hair braiding and styling — including hygiene, technique, and client care
Small business skills — saving, budgeting, marketing, and entrepreneurship
We also provide mentorship, practice opportunities, and support as she plans how to use her skills after graduation—whether it’s starting a business, finding safe employment, or teaching others.
When you launch her, you don’t just change her life. You change her family’s future. You change her community.
Girls who graduate from our program often go on to:
Support younger siblings’ education
Help their mothers with household needs
Start small businesses that serve their villages
Mentor other girls facing the same challenges they once knew
This is how hope multiplies.
This is how transformation lasts.
Tools and materials for hands-on learning
Skilled instructors who care deeply
Ongoing coaching as she steps into her calling
The confidence to dream, plan, and lead
You don’t just help her survive—you help her soar.
