Igniting Power and Potential Among Teenage Girls

Our Mission

At the heart of GEAUX Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering young women and teenage girls in East Africa, specifically Uganda. Our mission is deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the belief that every girl deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of her circumstances.

The Challenge

Poverty often pulls teenagers out of school, leading them into unwanted marriages or pregnancies. We believe that every girl should have access to education and the opportunity to develop useful skills.

Our Impact

Our foundation focuses on empowering teenage girls by teaching them practical skills like sewing, braiding, and basket weaving. These skills not only provide an opportunity for these girls to earn an income but also instill a sense of self-worth and independence.

Our Approach

Our approach is holistic, addressing both the physical needs and spiritual well-being of each girl. We believe in bringing hope back into the lives of these young girls through the Love of Jesus Christ.

How We Empower

  • We teach practical skills: Our foundation equips these girls with skills such as sewing, braiding, and weaving baskets. These skills provide a sustainable source of income and help them to stand on their own feet.
  • We foster spiritual growth: We believe in nurturing the spiritual well-being of these girls. We share the Love of Jesus Christ, offering them hope and a new perspective on life.
  • We fight against poverty: By equipping these girls with skills and spiritual guidance, we are fighting against the cycle of poverty that has held them back.
